About The Position

This role involves execution, accuracy, and analysis of pricing and promotional initiatives across the business. Working closely with cross-functional partners, it helps ensure that pricing data is designed, entered, maintained, and communicated clearly across systems and teams, while also contributing to the evaluation of promotional performance and pricing strategies. A key part of this role is bringing promotions to life by coordinating details, maintaining accuracy, and supporting smooth execution, as supports the well as identifying opportunities to improve planning and business outcomes. This position reports to the Pricing/Promotions Manager and collaborates regularly with teams across Analytics, Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Operations to support alignment and the timely delivery of product and bundle launches, as well as promotions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Economics or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Experience supporting pricing processes, including price creation, data entry, or promotional coordination (or similar responsibilities).
  • Basic understanding of pricing, promotions, and sales processes, including how pricing impacts profitability.
  • Comfort working with systems such as SAP or similar tools to create, update, and manage pricing data.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks with a high level of accuracy.
  • Clear communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Problem-solving skills and willingness to ask questions or seek clarification when needed.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Equinox or similar promotional or campaign management platforms.
  • Familiarity with pricing strategy, price setting, or promotional planning processes.
  • Experience working with SAP or similar ERP systems for pricing or data management.
  • Background in retail, direct sales, or consumer products industries.
  • Exposure to basic pricing analysis, financial metrics, or contribution margin concepts.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and manage pricing sheets to support product launches, bundles, and promotions.
  • Evaluate promotional performance and profitability using diverse pricing models and contribution margin analysis.
  • Support pricing activities for new products, kits, subscriptions, and updates, including documentation, approvals, and launch readiness.
  • Support the development of quarterly promotional plans by identifying opportunities based on performance trends, inventory levels, and business needs.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Analytics, Sales, Finance, and Operations) to gather inputs, align on plans, and support execution.
  • Track promotional sales and contribute to reporting and insights to inform future strategies and decision-making.
  • Review pricing and promotional details across systems, marketing assets, and field communications to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Collaborate with Finance and Accounting teams to support reporting, pricing updates, and audit-related activities.
  • Troubleshoot pricing or promotion discrepancies and work with teams to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Coordinate the setup and execution of promotional campaigns in Equinox, ensuring all details are accurately implemented and aligned with timelines.
  • Enter, maintain, and validate pricing data in SAP, ensuring accuracy and consistency across platforms.
  • Support ongoing system updates and validations by reviewing pricing and promotional data across tools to ensure alignment between SAP, Equinox, and planning trackers.
