About The Position

Hercules Sealing Products is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Pricing Operations Manager to own and manage the company’s pricing operations process from end to end. This role is ideal for a data-driven problem solver who enjoys working with large datasets, improving processes, and maintaining pricing accuracy across systems and channels. This newly created role will be responsible for pricing administration, ERP pricing maintenance, campaign setup, customer price agreements, and coordination with third-party pricing and data vendors. This highly visible role will report to the CFO and serve as a key link between Sales, Finance, Operations, IT, and external partners to ensure pricing integrity, consistency, and execution excellence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in pricing, pricing operations, sales operations, business analytics, or ERP administration.
  • Advanced Excel and strong data manipulation skills required; experience with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools preferred.
  • Experience maintaining pricing structures, agreements, and promotional campaigns within ERP systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects and priorities independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong ability to convert high-level business direction into detailed operational execution.
  • Experience coordinating with external vendors, software providers, or data partners.
  • Exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to pricing accuracy and process discipline.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally across commercial, finance, and operational teams.
  • Must reside and be authorized to work within the United States.

  • Experience with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end pricing operations process, including price list maintenance, customer-specific pricing agreements, rebates, promotions, and campaigns.
  • Maintain and update pricing data within the company ERP system with a high degree of accuracy and accountability.
  • Translate strategic direction from Commercial and Finance leadership into agreed actionable pricing tasks, timelines, and system updates.
  • Independently prioritize and execute pricing initiatives with minimal day-to-day oversight.
  • Manage relationships and workflows with third-party pricing, data, and software vendors.
  • Analyze large datasets to identify pricing discrepancies, margin opportunities, trends, and process improvements.
  • Build, manipulate, validate, and maintain pricing files using Excel, SQL, Power BI, or similar analytical tools.
  • Ensure pricing accuracy and consistency across ERP systems, customer portals, and sales channels.
  • Coordinate pricing implementation activities across Sales, Finance, Marketing, Operations, and IT.
  • Develop and maintain pricing documentation, governance standards, SOPs, and audit controls.
  • Troubleshoot pricing issues and resolve discrepancies quickly and effectively.
  • Identify opportunities to automate, streamline, and improve pricing workflows and data management processes.
