The Commercial team is essential to Tropicana Brand Group’s success by driving revenue growth, acquiring and retaining customers, and providing valuable market insights. Working closely with other departments to align sales strategies with business goals, help shape pricing and product development and keep the company competitive and responsive to market shifts. By building strong customer relationships, maximizing profitability, and identifying new opportunities for growth, the team contributes to both short-term and long-term success. We are looking to add a Manager of Trade and Pricing Operations to our Commercial Operations team. This role will be responsible for overseeing the management of a portion of the Total US Trade Spend budget across the entire Tropicana Brands Group product portfolio, acting as the Subject Matter Expert on our Trade Performance Management platform. This individual enables depth and breadth of expertise development and supports cross-functional teaming on a project basis. Tropicana is looking for an excellent critical thinker with exceptional communication and a rigorous attention to detail who thrives at the intersection of teams and systems.
