Requirements

Completed Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Confidence & positive attitude a MUST!
Proficient within M Excel (pivots, v-lookups, etc.)
Superior interpersonal skills—able to communicate effectively at all levels.
Work hard & smart—never satisfied with the status quo. Possess high expectations of what can be accomplished by self & team.
Ability to take direction & to make independent decisions in a fast-paced environment; demonstrate strong sense of urgency & true commitment to customers.
If internal appllicant, minimum of 1 year of sales experience at Grimco

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s Degree Major/Concentration in an area of Business/Finance/or Accounting.
Cumulative GPA > 3.15.
AS400 data management system experience; CRM database experience.

Responsibilities

Coordinate directly with pricing team, sales, and leadership
Review and implement vendor cost/pricing increases.
Organize and manage specific Cost Programs based on customer.
Deploying Pricing Strategies for new product part numbers.
Communicate with Sales Management regarding pricing decisions and execution of pricing plans.
Review, report, and submit month-end pricing margin statements.
Other daily tasks as necessary.
