About The Position

The Pricing Coordinator will function as a member of the Formerra Pricing team. This individual will ensure pricing is profitable for quotes and maintains the product and pricing database for all materials sold and supplier rebate agreements. This role is expected to work autonomously with minimal direction required with a demonstrated ability to interact with and influence effectively at both a managerial and peer level.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of previous business experience.
• Ability to apply complex analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task.
• Detailed and accurate work outcomes.
• Team oriented and focused.
• High customer service orientation.
• Strong sense of urgency and ability to deal with high stress situations in tight time frames.
• Exceptional aptitude with Microsoft Office including Excel and Outlook.
• SAP and SFDC familiarity.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in business, or applicable field.
• SAP and Salesforce experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Actively manage quotes and billing blocks.
• CUPS entry and internal/external review.
• Analyze sales order change report.
• Create OEM pricing.
• Execute global pricing movements.
• Notify customers of pricing movements.
• Analysis and approval of credits/debits.
• Quarterly interface with both internal and external auditors to show compliance with policies and in place controls.
