About The Position

Empire Distributors Inc, a leading beverage distributor, is seeking a Chain Pricing Coordinator. This role is responsible for assisting the Compliance and Pricing Director with all aspects of pricing for the state. The primary focus is the daily management of pricing and deal data using Vistex pricing and chargeback software.

Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of Internet and Web portal software
• Microsoft Office software including Excel and Word required
• 10-key experienced

Responsibilities

• Organizes and maintains supplier deal/price grids
• Collects and organizes all supplier support approvals provided by email
• Manages on and off-premise pricing for all divisions in Vistex deal workbench
• Manages depletion allowances in Vistex deal workbench
• Manages free good deals and support in Vistex deal workbench
• Publishes price books and saves in shared folders
• Informs sales force on new pricing via email or voicemail
• Responds to pricing and deal inquiries from sales force
• Performs EOM supplier chargeback invoice generation
• Acts as backup for Compliance Coordinator
• All other duties as assigned by Director of Pricing and Compliance
