About The Position

The Pricing Analyst will serve as the strategic bridge between Sales and Accounting, translating field reality into winning financial models. This role requires an Operations Analyst who understands production rates and can ensure new business is priced accurately and profitably.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting or related
3+ years in Janitorial Operations or FP&A
Expert Excel skills (modeling and logic)
Expert Excel Mastery (understanding complex "if-then-else" formulas and ability to identify or fix broken calculations)
Operations Expertise: 3+ years of experience in Janitorial Operations, Building Service Contracting, or a labor-intensive service industry (understanding P&Ls and production rates)
Analytical Mindset: Deep understanding of the fundamentals of service-based labor and how various "levers" (overtime, wages, turnover) impact the bottom line.
Diplomacy: Ability to manage "dual loyalties" between Sales and Accounting.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain Pricing Models (labor, productivity, taxes) to ensure new business is priced accurately and profitably.
Use background as an Operations Analyst to ensure bid assumptions for staffing and equipment are realistic for the field.
Create high-level dashboards in Tableau to monitor gross margin trends and translate raw data into actionable insights for leadership.
Partner with BDMs and Operations to evaluate bids and renewals, ensuring they align with margin targets and regional abilities.
Seasonalize budgets into Adaptive and manage data within internal ERP systems to ensure long-term account health.
