About The Position

The Budd Group is a leading facilities services company, but we are defined by our people. We operate with a mission to deliver high-quality services while honoring God and helping our employees grow. When you join us, you aren't just a number; you’re a vital part of a family-oriented team that values integrity and excellence. • Operations Expertise: 3+ years of experience in Janitorial Operations, Building Service Contracting, or a labor-intensive service industry. You understand P&Ls and production rates.
  • Analytical Mindset: Deep understanding of the fundamentals of service-based labor and how various "levers" (overtime, wages, turnover) impact the bottom line.
  • Diplomacy: You can manage "dual loyalties" between Sales (who want to win) and Accounting (who want to protect margins).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
