About The Position

As a Pricing Analyst within Global Fuels, this role supports North American Business Units (U.S. and Canada) by applying pricing analytics, pricing fundamentals, and structured methodologies to improve the quality, consistency, and execution of pricing decisions. The role partners closely with Business Unit fuel teams and the global capability function to enable data-driven, scalable pricing practices that support commercial performance. This role enables effective, consistent, and data-driven pricing decisions across U.S. and Canadian Business Units by translating analytical insights and pricing fundamentals into practical pricing recommendations and capability improvements. This role contributes to pricing outcomes through analysis, methodology development, training, and stakeholder enablement. Final pricing ownership remains with Business Units; this role influences decisions through insight, expertise, and structured support.

Requirements

  • Relevant experience may come from fuel or non-fuel environments, including pricing, revenue management, merchandising, category management, real estate analytics, site economics, retail or supply chain analytics, finance, FP&A, consulting, or commercial strategy roles.
  • Demonstrated ability to apply pricing logic, pricing fundamentals, and data analysis to real-world commercial decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Apply pricing analytics and pricing fundamentals to support pricing decisions across U.S. and Canadian Business Units.
  • Enable adoption of standardized pricing methodologies through clear documentation, training, and change management.
  • Generate actionable pricing insights from internal and external data sources to improve decision quality and consistency.
  • Support data quality and analytical readiness for pricing models and tools.
  • Provide ongoing analytical support to Business Units by responding to day‑to‑day fuel pricing–related questions.
  • Monitor and help maintain the health, accuracy, and performance of fuel pricing tools and adjacent systems to ensure reliable execution.
  • Proactively identify pricing, system, or data issues through trend analysis and user feedback.
  • Partner with Global Technology and Data Science teams to diagnose root causes and drive timely resolution of issues.
  • Translate recurring issues into sustainable system enhancements, process improvements, or targeted training materials.
  • Collaborate with Business Unit teams, Global Tech, Data Science, and external vendors to support scalable execution.
  • Deliver clear pricing insights via reports, dashboards, and presentations tailored to non-technical stakeholders.
