The HRIS Analyst ensures accurate HRIS transactions and data integrity for North America, supporting HR processes, audits, and system maintenance. In addition to core administrative duties, this role assists with commission processing, analyzes people and compensation data, and prepares reports for HR and Total Rewards stakeholders. The position requires strong attention to detail, a client-focused mindset, and the ability to communicate data insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
