JOB SUMMARY: Provides day-to-day direction and oversight to a team of Pricebook Analysts supporting up to 3 back-office systems; serves as an extension of the Price Book Supervisor; coordinates business processes, communication and daily execution of associated price book systems; ensures compliance with Company policies, procedures and guidelines.

Requirements

• Associates/2 Yr Degree
• 2+ years of relevant work experience
• Demonstrated expertise with Word, Excel, and other MS Office suite applications
• Excellent communications skills - verbal
• Excellent leadership and teamwork skills
• Positive, professional attitude, and adaptive to change
• Great organization skills and ability to appropriately prioritize based on business need
• Ability to troubleshoot issues and identify resolution

Responsibilities

• Directs day-to-day work across the team
• Trains new team members on systems and processes
• Performs a leadership role and has the authority to make decisions regarding department rules, processes and decisions in the absence of the Supervisor
• Demonstrates expert-level knowledge on Pricebook systems and ensures the team understands the impact of incorrect maintenance on interdependent systems and processes
• Assists Category Managers and Category Support on troubleshooting and resolving item issues
• Maintains working knowledge of applicable governmental rules and regulations
• Completes departmental reports and other duties, including special projects as assigned by Management
• Evaluates Pricebook Analysts performance and make recommendations regarding employee review and overall rating
• Participates and contributes to cross functional meetings, providing guidance and expertise
