About The Position

Price Chopper/Market 32 Supermarkets is accepting applications for future part-time openings across various departments. The company has a history of promoting from within, offering opportunities for a long career if employees possess drive, motivation, and a desire to help customers. Applicants can specify up to three departments of interest or select "any department." Applications are reviewed based on hiring needs, and selected candidates will be contacted for an interview. Unselected candidates will be notified via email.

Ability to read and write at the 8th grade level.

Responsibilities

Provide Six-Star Service in the Front-End department.
Bake artisan breads in the Bakery department.
Fill prescriptions, offer health counseling, and provide friendly service in the Pharmacy department (for Registered Pharmacists or Pharmacy students).
Assist customers with floral orders, advise on plants, and create custom bouquets in the Floral department.
Slice meats, prepare salads, and make sandwiches in the Deli/Food Service department.
Stock and merchandise non-food items, including first aid and seasonal products, in the General Merchandise department.
Stock shelves, merchandise products, and create displays in the Grocery department.
Provide high-quality fresh meat to families in the Meat department.
Educate customers on the benefits of produce-rich diets in the Produce department.
Provide fresh seafood, assist guests with purchasing and preparation, and offer cooking advice in the Seafood department.
