CCAP’s Mission is to empower all people and communities, challenged by poverty and social and cultural barriers, through advocacy, education, and access to high quality health and human services. This position is working in CCAP's Substance Prevention Coalition Programs. To carry out the mission and vision of the Coalition’s while providing administrative support and serving as a spokesperson for the Coalition’s. Implements education, prevention, and awareness programs. Manages implementation of STOP and Block grants to support the work of the Coalition’s. Work with Coalition Coordinator to recruit and motivate volunteers to serve on board; collaborate with local and state staff administration, town departments (including schools, library, recreation and police), and citizens; provide outreach, environmental interventions and education to members of the community.
