About The Position

7-Eleven is seeking a Preventative Maintenance Technician I to join their team. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of store equipment, from Slurpee machines to general in-store maintenance. The technician will be responsible for responding to work orders, managing parts inventory, and adhering to service manual guidelines to maintain store functionality and customer convenience.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Valid Driver’s License
• Show leadership and effective communications
• Project/stretch assignments
• Facility location ownership

Responsibilities

• Respond to work orders for minor repairs to equipment (hoses, nozzles, fuel filters, HVAC filters, etc.), replacing ‘plug and play’ equipment
• Ordering/manage parts inventory, complete daily reports, and schedule/prioritize assignments to ensure efficiency
• Read, understand, and follow service manual guidelines
• Work safely and handle other duties as assigned
