About The Position

RSI Texas, LLC (RSI), a CFESA certified company, is seeking Refrigeration Maintenance Technicians (Preventative Maintenance Technician) in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex to join our team. With your skills and experience, you will be instrumental in ensuring our customers’ refrigeration needs are met and helping us keep our promise of raising the bar for how people and companies are serviced in our industry. Established in 1978, RSI is family operated. We provide installation, service, and performance maintenance of Commercial Refrigeration Equipment throughout North and East Texas. While serving approximately 30,000 service calls each year, we offer dependable, quality service provided 24 hours a day.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Must be EPA certified.
Must be at least 18 years of age
Successful completion of drug screen and criminal background screening
Valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving record

Nice To Haves

HVAC/R training or related education may be considered.

Responsibilities

Provide maintenance such as cleaning, replacing filters, and more on commercial refrigeration equipment and ice machines.
Operate hand tools and power tools.
Operate a commercial vehicle and trailer in a safe manner and adhere to all company safety requirements.
Work on-call nights and weekends when assigned.
Effectively communicate with the customer, and work independently under pressure, and without close supervision.
