This role is responsible for scheduling preventative maintenance to ensure facilities meet customer and production requirements. The coordinator will identify process flaws, recommend corrective actions, and diagnose machine malfunctions through observation and listening to operating equipment. They will also confer with engineers and production personnel to resolve issues, instruct operators on safe equipment use, and report any problems to the Group Leader. The position involves planning and organizing systems to achieve company goals in production output, quality improvement, compliance with regulations, and facility maintenance. Documentation of project activities, operating standards, and maintenance procedures is also a key responsibility, along with investigating on-site conditions and collaborating with the manufacturing tool room team.
