This role is responsible for scheduling preventative maintenance to ensure facilities meet customer and production requirements. The coordinator will identify process flaws, recommend corrective actions, and diagnose machine malfunctions through observation and listening to operating equipment. They will also confer with engineers and production personnel to resolve issues, instruct operators on equipment usage, and report any problems or unusual circumstances to the Group Leader. The position involves planning and organizing systems to achieve company goals in areas such as production output, quality improvement, regulatory compliance, housekeeping, and building/grounds/equipment maintenance. Additionally, the coordinator will organize and document project activities, establish operating standards and maintenance procedures, complete machinery usage and maintenance documentation, investigate on-site conditions, and collaborate with the manufacturing tool room team on various projects.
