About The Position

This is a night shift posting for a Pressure Washer. Southern OR (SOR) is a commercial pressure washing and gutter cleaning service provider with a strong team of 125 full-time W2 employees. Requirements

A valid NC Driver's License/ reliable legal transportation to our warehouse.
Reliability: show up when supposed to and do what you say you will.

General blue collar work experience (for initial pay determination).

Nice To Haves

Driver's license highly preferred (some leadership roles require driving, so drivers have more paths available).
Some experience in outdoor blue collar work or previous pressure washing experience.

Responsibilities

Showing up reliably is crucial for the team.
Ability to be cleared to be added to our insurance (at least 2 years' experience as a licensed driver, a good driving record).
Lift and pull 75 lb. loads (two 5-gallon buckets of stain, pull 100' of hose, etc.).
Lift pressure washing wands and hold above head for at least 6 hours per shift.
Meet size/ weight minimums and maximums for fall protection, ladders, and harnesses.
Read, understand, and follow safety instructions at all times, including OSHA and MSDS information.
Walk, stand, squat, climb, and execute safety protocols.
Prioritize SAFETY and OSHA compliance.
Engage in effective and professional communication with management, peers, and clients.
Ensure quality of work and get the job done correctly.
Work efficiently and timely to get the job done on schedule.
Perform work without micromanagement or hand-holding.
Absorb training from experts.
