Pressure Washer - Night Shift
About The Position
This is a night shift position for a commercial pressure washing and gutter cleaning service provider. The company, SOR, has a strong team of 125 full-time W2 employees and emphasizes employee experience, training, growth opportunities, and a positive team environment. The role involves performing essential duties related to pressure washing and ensuring safety and quality of work. Compensation includes weekly pay, a 401(k) with matching, subsidized health insurance, and supplemental insurance. There are opportunities for raises and promotions, with potential to move into salaried Lead Technician roles.
Requirements
- A valid NC Driver's License/ reliable legal transportation to our warehouse.

- Ability to be cleared to be added to our insurance (i.e. at least 2 years' experience as a licensed driver, a good driving record).
- Must be able to lift and pull 75 lb. loads (two 5-gallon buckets of stain, pull 100' of hose, etc.).
- Must be able to lift pressure washing wands and hold above head for at least 6 hours per shift.
- Must be able to meet size/ weight minimums and maximums for fall protection, ladders, and harnesses. (With some exceptions, those weighing between 150 lbs. and 270 lbs. will generally be able to properly use our equipment. Feel free to ask for more details if you are closer to the lower or higher ends and we will do our best to work with you.)
- Must be able to read, understand, and follow safety instructions at all times, including OSHA and MSDS information.
- Must be able to walk, stand, squat, climb, and execute safety protocols.
- General blue collar work experience (for initial pay determination).
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without restriction; we cannot sponsor visas.
Nice To Haves
- Driver's license highly preferred for this posting (some of the leadership roles require driving, so drivers have more paths available).
- Previous pressure washing experience.
- Some experience in outdoor blue collar work.
