About The Position

Performs a variety of duties in support of the operation of Phoenix Global. The job consists of providing maintenance services to the Phoenix fleet and related equipment. Responsible for acting in accordance with the policies and procedures of Phoenix Global and its customers. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other minor duties may be assigned.

Nice To Haves

High School diploma or GED equivalent, preferred.

Responsibilities

Reads and interprets equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance.
Operates a high-pressure washing system to maintain cleanliness of all equipment and vehicles.
Maintains neat and legible documentation of assignment records.
Cross Training on lubrication may apply.
Performs entry level maintenance labor tasks.
Complies with all Phoenix Safety Policies & Procedures, including wearing specific Personal Protective Equipment required for various job functions.
Complies with all Phoenix Standard Operating Procedures.
Attends Mandatory monthly Safety Meetings.
Maintains housekeeping and safe handling of materials and equipment.
Exercises and implements proper lifting and carrying techniques when moving packaging materials.
Plans work schedules and resource deployment.
Performs quality control and quality assurance.
Documents all completed work.
Tracks all parts and lubricant consumed.
Observes relevant safety, accident prevention and environmental regulations.
