About The Position

Southern Outdoor Restoration (SOR) is seeking an Exterior Cleaning Technician for their Charlotte, NC location. This is a full-time position with weekly pay, available in either a day shift (Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM start) or a night shift (Sunday-Thursday, 7:30 PM start). Requirements

• Valid NC or SC Driver’s License and reliable transportation to the Charlotte warehouse.
• Reliability and punctuality.

• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal safety instructions provided in English.
• Good communication skills; speak up early when clarity is needed or an issue arises.
• A passion for working outdoors.

• Authorized to work in the U.S.; visa sponsorship is not provided.
• Ability to meet size and weight requirements for fall protection, ladders, and harnesses (generally individuals between 150–270 lbs can use equipment safely, but applicants near either limit are encouraged to ask for details).

Responsibilities

• Arrive at the SOR warehouse at the scheduled start time.
• Operate hoses, wands, ladders, and harnesses safely.
• Follow OSHA and company safety requirements.
• Lift/pull up to 75 lbs and hold wands overhead for extended periods.
• Work at heights within fall-protection limits.
• Read and follow safety instructions and job assignments accurately.
• Pressure washing.
• Cross-train for gutter cleaning service line (most day roles).
