About The Position

Southern Outdoor Restoration (SOR) is seeking an Exterior Cleaning Technician for their Charlotte, NC location. This full-time position offers weekly pay and involves pressure washing, gutter cleaning, and window washing. Requirements

• Valid NC or SC Driver’s License and reliable transportation to the Charlotte warehouse
• Reliability and punctuality

Responsibilities

• Pressure washing
• Gutter cleaning
• Window washing
• Arrive at the SOR warehouse at their scheduled start time
• Operate hoses, wands, ladders, and harnesses safely
• Follow OSHA and company safety requirements
• Lift/pull up to 75 lbs
• Hold wands overhead for extended periods
• Work at heights within fall-protection limits
