Requirements
- 5+ years of demonstrated leadership experience, preferably within a manufacturing, production, or similar fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Continuous Improvement practices and identifying opportunities to improve processes and performance.
- Strong leadership, communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to set expectations and hold teams accountable.
- Proven analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with the ability to make effective decisions in a production environment.
- A flexible, proactive, hands-on leadership style with the ability to build relationships and work effectively across teams in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide daily leadership and direction to manufacturing teams, including crewing assignments, performance expectations, coaching, and issue resolution.
- Champion a strong safety and quality culture through behavior-based observations, routine process checks, and proactive corrective actions.
- Monitor production throughout the shift and work directly with operators to troubleshoot issues, remove barriers, and maximize productivity and efficiency.
- Partner with department leadership and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and operational excellence.
- Participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives focused on improving safety, quality, efficiency, and overall performance.
