About The Position

The Press Technician will be responsible for ensuring the safety of their work area, fixing any safety issues, and reporting any safety concerns that require attention. They will also be responsible for the quality of the parts produced, which includes performing multiple checks on the check fixture during production runs. Additionally, the technician will perform die changes (both ADC and manual), coil changes, die setups, and maintain 5-S standards in their area. They will administer STOP, CALL, WAIT procedures when abnormal conditions arise, all while maintaining Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for their process, including Safety, Quality, Overall Availability (OA), and Good Sản phẩm Per Hour (GSPH).
