About The Position
Isola, an industry leader in global materials sciences whose mission is to improve life by enabling innovation in electronic products, is hiring a 3rd Shift Press Operator for our Ridgeway, SC facility. This role is responsible for performing and cross-training in several skill level "A-C" positions, primarily within the Press area. This includes, but is not limited to, the Press Operator, Breakdown Operator, and Lay Up Operator roles.
Requirements
- Prior machine operating experience
- Ability to work in safety-sensitive environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Able to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and verbal communication is essential
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience with work instructions, work orders, and ERP systems
