Requirements

Intermediate computer skills required

Nice To Haves

High School Diploma or GED preferred
Experience in manufacturing or production environments is preferred but not required.
Have more than 1+ years experience in manufacturing position
High School Diploma or GED
Forklift and/ or Crane operating experience

Responsibilities

Operate curing presses and other machinery while ensuring the highest levels of precision and efficiency.
Report issues promptly to your Department Head or Supervisor using established communication channels.
Accurately complete daily production reports, including those related to productivity, quality control holds, material usage, and material movement.
Adhere to all safety protocols, corporate policies, and internal procedures.
Seek clarification from your Department Head or Supervisor when needed.
Actively participate in enhancing your knowledge of work orders, products, and processes.
Contribute to safety, quality, productivity, and cost-saving initiatives.
Take part in internal and external training opportunities.
