About The Position

Middleville Engineered Solutions is seeking a skilled and dedicated Press Operator to join their growing team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in their manufacturing process, operating state-of-the-art presses to produce high-quality components. Requirements

Minimum of twelve (12) months of press operating experience.
Ability to lift 50 pounds periodically and 30 pounds regularly.
Ability to stand for entire shift.
Must be able to communicate and interface well with Weld Leaders on a routine basis and be conscious of the effects responsibilities have on other departments.
Duties are of a routine nature with loading and unloading of fixtures with some robot programming and maintenance.

Some heavy concentration may be required when programming.

Responsibilities

Operate a variety of advanced presses, mastering setup, troubleshooting, and optimization techniques.
Ensure the production of top-notch components by conducting meticulous quality checks using precision measuring tools.
Maximize productivity by efficiently managing your workflow, minimizing downtime, and contributing to process improvements.
Utilize cutting-edge systems like Plex and Smart Pac to monitor production, order materials, and analyze performance.
