About The Position
The Press Operator Assistant will assist the Press Operator with the everyday operation of the press, ensuring the press is producing product to exceed customer expectations. This role involves working in a team environment, cross-training with others, and receiving training to help advance your career. Responsibilities include moving gathered books from the end of the press and placing them on skids.
Requirements
- Previous machine experience preferred
- Attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Comfortable with computer applications
- Ability to work in teams or alone
- Ability to motivate other team members
