About The Position

Taylor is seeking an Equipment Feeder to supply production machinery with the materials and resources needed to maintain production. The role requires attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to safety and quality standards. The schedule is Sunday through Thursday, 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Requirements

Ability to safely lift and move heavy materials; the posting does not specify a weight.
Basic mechanical skills and understanding of equipment operation.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including overtime if needed.

Responsibilities

Load and feed materials into production equipment according to specifications and production schedules.
Monitor equipment operation and material flow to prevent production disruptions.
Perform routine equipment checks and report issues to the supervisor.
Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with safety and sanitation standards.
Assist with equipment setup and adjustment as needed.
Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and maintain efficiency.
Follow safety protocols and guidelines.
Participate in training and continuous improvement initiatives.
