About The Position

Anchor Fabrication, LLC, a precision metal fabrication company located in LaVergne, Tennessee is seeking experienced Press and Punch Operators for the 2nd shift. The role involves setting up and operating all Punch & Press operations to produce quality parts, conducting preventative maintenance as scheduled, reading blueprints, and performing first/last piece inspections. The operator will also troubleshoot and repair minor issues as needed, work with Maintenance on major issues, and maintain a clean and safe work area. Overtime or a different shift than originally assigned may be required based on company needs. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Experience in the metal fabrication industries is a plus.
Punch & Press Operation experience preferred
Mechanically adept.
Blueprint reading
Good math skills
G/D & T Knowledge preferred but not required
Manufacturing: 1 year (Preferred)
Press brake machine: 1 year (Preferred)
Ability to commute/relocate: La Vergne, TN 37086: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Nice To Haves
