About The Position

Belden manufactures high-quality metal server racks, cabinets, and enclosures used in technology environments. The Press Brake Operator sets up and operates CNC press brake equipment to bend and form sheet metal components, producing parts that meet specifications and quality standards. The role involves interpreting blueprints and work instructions, selecting tooling, measuring finished parts, making machine adjustments, conducting routine inspections and basic maintenance, and following safety and housekeeping procedures. The operator works with team members to meet production schedules and quality expectations.

Requirements

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and understand bend dimensions and tolerances.
• Experience using measuring instruments such as calipers and tape measures.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Dependable attendance and commitment to workplace safety.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and safely handle sheet metal materials.

• Previous experience operating CNC press brake equipment in a metal fabrication environment.

Responsibilities
