About The Position

Cadrex is hiring Press Brake Operators at Level I, II, or III to set up and operate metal-bending press brake machines in accordance with quality and quantity standards. Candidates will be matched to a level based on their experience and skills. The role supports production of advanced hardware and requires following safety protocols, interpreting work documentation, inspecting parts, and maintaining quality and efficiency. At Level I, the operator works under supervision with training provided, follows bending sequences, produces repeatable parts, performs basic inspections, and learns material types. Level II operators set up machines and tooling, make adjustments, perform detailed inspections, control forming processes, troubleshoot problems, and work independently. Level III operators calibrate equipment, manage tool libraries, identify bend sequences, mentor employees, support maintenance and scheduling, and resolve complex production issues. This is an onsite, full-time position in Bloomingdale, Illinois, with first- and second-shift availability. The work environment includes exposure to moving mechanical parts and vibration, occasional electrical-shock risk, and moderate to occasionally loud noise.
