Press Brake Operator
About The Position
Responsible for both machine set up and operation of Bending Machine. This includes changing tooling, computer skills, uploading jobs into the machine interface, first piece inspection, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance. The role requires the ability to read computerized blueprints and drawings, perform precision forming, bending, and folding, and use measuring equipment such as micrometers, calipers, protractor, and tape measure. Basic math skills (adding and subtracting) are necessary. The operator will work with a variety of metals including galvanized, steel, aluminum, and stainless steel.
Requirements
- Ability to read computerized blueprints and drawings
- Ability to use and read measuring equipment such as micrometers, calipers, protractor, and tape measure
- Must be able to add and subtract
- Able to bend on a variety of metals, galvanized, Steel, Aluminum and Stainless
- At least 1 years’ experience as a Bender/Press Brake Operator
- Ability to stand for duration of shift
- Must be willing to submit and pass pre-employment drug screening and background check

- Experience operating Forklift and Overhead Cranes a plus
