About The Position

The Presidential Management Associate (PMA) Program is an intensive, 24-month rotational leadership development program designed for impending graduates of MBA programs with over five years of work experience. This program integrates customized and diverse professional rotations with continuous development, strength-based coaching, mentoring, group networking opportunities, and strategic thinking initiatives to accelerate professional growth. The Online track focuses on the increasingly important role of e/m-commerce and digital innovation in today’s retail landscape. The Online PMA will be exposed to various functions within the organization with a focus on online commercial programming, site merchandising and analytics, and online marketing across brand.com and retailer.com. There will be a particular focus on emerging channels such as Amazon and Tik Tok Shop, which are fast-growing areas of the business.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing an MBA degree with a graduation date between December 2026 and August 2027.
• Over five years of full-time non-internship work experience between undergraduate and graduate studies.
• Relevant prior work experience.
• Demonstrated record of achievement.
• Strong interpersonal skills and leadership skills.
• Permanent US work authorization at the time of application, without restriction.
• Ability to relocate to New York City.

Responsibilities

• Participate in four six-month rotations within the company.
