About The Position

The Presidential Management Associate (PMA) Program, part of the CEO Global Presidential Program, is an intensive 24-month rotational program designed for MBA graduates with over five years of work experience. This leadership development program integrates customized professional rotations with continuous development, coaching, mentoring, networking, and strategic initiatives to accelerate professional growth. The Finance track offers rotations in Global Brands, Regional Finance, and Corporate Finance, focusing on Financial Planning & Analysis, Financial Accounting & Controllership, and New Business Development. Sample rotations include Global Brand FP&A, North America Finance, and Global Value Chain Finance. Upon successful completion, PMAs are considered for Director-level roles based on business needs, evaluations, development rate, contribution, and prior experience. The program requires permanent US work authorization at the time of application and does not offer sponsorship.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing an MBA degree with a graduation date between December 2026 and August 2027.
  • Over five years of full-time, non-internship work experience between undergraduate and graduate studies.
  • Relevant prior work experience.
  • Demonstrated record of achievement.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and leadership skills.
  • Permanent US work authorization at the time of application, without restriction.
  • Ability to relocate to New York City.

  • Global exposure/study abroad is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Gain hands-on experience in key financial functions including Financial Planning & Analysis, Financial Accounting & Controllership, and New Business Development.
  • Participate in four six-month rotations across Global Brands, Regional Finance, and Corporate Finance.
  • Engage creativity, learning agility, and innovation to create bespoke experiences.
  • Develop and retain ELC’s next generation of leaders.
