Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
Minimum of seven (7) years’ functioning in a management or leadership role within a government contracting environment.
Must have a proven record of winning federal contract business and operationally managing nationally dispersed locations with exempt and non- exempt employees, and have a thorough understanding of federal government contracting, pricing, fringe and indirect rate structures, and budget development and execution.
Proven experience in the development and capture pipeline of $100M+ opportunities.
Secret Government Clearance Required, Top Secret Eligible
PMP Required.
Successfully pass background and drug screening

Responsibilities

Achieve profitability, revenue generation, positive cash flow, strategic goals and objectives.
Provide leadership and management to employees and adhere to and advocate core values in day-to-day business practices.
Represent the company with major customers, business partners and the public.
Prepare strategic business development and marketing plans.
Lead and participate in the capture and proposal management processes.
Market capabilities, discriminators, and differentiators to win new customers and to retain and build business with existing customers.
Ensure programs and proposals are within scope, within budget, and on schedule.
Monitor service satisfaction through personal interaction with customers, subcontractors, and program managers.
Analyze monthly and fiscal year to date budget versus actual revenue and profit performance by contract.
Support the Quality Management System and assess and evaluate the effectiveness of internal business processes.
Provide timely, accurate and complete reports as required.
Foster a success-oriented, accountable environment with the highest standards of professionalism, customer service, and ethics.
Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of senior level management. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
