About The Position
This is an entry-level position to work in the Preservation Technician Trade. Applicants will be assigned to P10 Trade tasks. As Paint removal, hand pneumatic grinding /needle gun (surface prep), masking/unmasking, decking, damping tiles, Brush/ Roller/ Spray painting, and snow removal.
Requirements
- Must have some experience with power and pneumatic tools.
- Must have experience with hand grinding /needle gun (surface prep).
- Must be able to work in confined spaces, on ladders, and at heights with Scissor/ Condo lifts.
- Must be able to wear a respirator.
- Must meet the requirements of the P10 physical task analysis.
Nice To Haves
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience with metal surface preparation and coatings application.
- Spray experience.
