Entry-level Preschool Toddler Teacher
About The Position
Primrose School of Wylie is hiring an entry-level Toddler Teacher to provide nurturing care and support young children’s development. The teacher will build trusted relationships with families and create joyful learning experiences using the school’s digital learning platform and Balanced Learning curriculum. Training is provided, and prior experience is not required. The role offers a welcoming childcare environment, an on-site leadership team invested in employee growth, engaged franchise owners, and facilities focused on health and safety. The position is at 1615 West Brown Street, Wylie, TX 75098, and does not require nights or weekends. Compensation is $15.00–$18.00 per hour.
Requirements
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- Passion for nurturing and educating young children.
- No prior experience required; training will be provided.
Responsibilities
- Create a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment for preschool-aged children.
- Implement age-appropriate lesson plans provided for the teacher.
- Manage classroom behavior and maintain a safe learning space.
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff to foster a supportive community.
- Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.
