Requirements

At least 18 years old
High school diploma or GED
6–12 months of experience in a licensed preschool or childcare program (for Preschool Teachers)
12–24 months of experience working with children under age three in a licensed childcare setting (for Infant & Toddler Caregivers)
CDA, Associate’s, or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (for Preschool Teachers)
Infant/Toddler training, or willingness to complete required training with our support (for Infant & Toddler Caregivers)
Applicants must be eligible to work in the U.S. and reside in Hawaiʻi or have plans to relocate.

Responsibilities

Create a classroom where children feel safe, welcome, and excited to learn
Plan fun, age-appropriate activities that encourage curiosity and creativity
Bring learning to life through art, music, movement, stories, sensory play, and outdoor exploration
Help children build confidence, independence, communication, and social skills
Get to know each child and celebrate what makes them unique
Build strong, positive relationships with families
Work alongside a team of educators who are just as invested in helping keiki thrive
