Requirements

High school diploma required
Reliability, positivity & teamwork

Nice To Haves

CDA or degree preferred
1–2 years of early childhood experience preferred
A genuine passion for children

Responsibilities

Create fun, play-based learning experiences
Support children’s social, emotional & cognitive growth
Provide an inclusive, nurturing classroom
Communicate openly and positively with families about their child’s day and progress
Foster smooth daily routines and positive guidance strategies
Collaborate with fellow teachers to share ideas and inspire one another
