- High school diploma required

Nice To Haves
- CDA or degree preferred
- 1–2 years of early childhood experience preferred

- Support children’s social, emotional & cognitive growth
- Provide an inclusive, nurturing classroom
- Communicate openly and positively with families about their child’s day and progress
- Foster smooth daily routines and positive guidance strategies
