About The Position
The Catholic Charities Early Learning/Head Start program provides a high-quality, comprehensive approach to services for both children and families. This includes early learning education, professional development, family engagement, health and nutrition, and mental health and disabilities services. We serve children and families in five locations in Cuyahoga County, and all of our sites have a Gold Level SUTQ Rating. The program's mission is to inspire brighter futures for children, families, and staff.

- Must be a mandated reporter of known or suspected child abuse.

Responsibilities
- Create and deliver high-quality educational experiences utilizing the Creative Curriculum to children 6 weeks to 5 years old while ensuring the physical, mental and emotional wellbeing of children at all times.
- Actively supervise children at all times and engage in children’s play in all areas of the classroom and all parts of the curriculum including floor play, outdoor/gross motor and music/movement activities.
- Complete all educational paperwork and documentation in education databases while maintaining compliance with all federal, state and Universal Pre-K regulations.
- All staff are mandated reporters of known or suspected child abuse.
