About The Position

Cadence Education is seeking an enthusiastic Preschool Teacher Assistant to support children’s learning and development in a nurturing, home-like early education environment. The assistant works alongside teachers to help deliver engaging, age-appropriate curriculum, encourage children’s curiosity through play and activities, and maintain a safe, supportive classroom. The role also involves sharing children’s milestones with parents, modeling positive social behavior, and contributing ideas for a balanced daily schedule of quiet and active activities, indoor and outdoor play, and fine- and gross-motor development. The position is located at 17670 W Elliot Rd in Goodyear, Arizona. Candidates must meet all state preschool teacher assistant requirements and be flexible and willing to work within business hours. Previous experience as a teacher assistant or in a licensed daycare is preferred.
