About The Position
Soccer Shots Southwest Chicagoland is looking for enthusiastic coaches to join our team this fall! Our coaches introduce children ages 2-8 to soccer through engaging, age-appropriate sessions that build confidence, character, and a love for physical activity. We provide comprehensive paid training and all the tools you need to be successful.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Enjoy working with children in a positive environment.
- Reliable transportation to locations.
- Daily access to a smartphone and internet.
- Ability to pass a background check.
Nice To Haves
- No soccer coaching experience needed, training is provided.
Responsibilities
- Introduce children ages 2-8 to soccer through engaging, age-appropriate sessions.
- Build confidence, character, and a love for physical activity in children.
- Arrive on time and prepared for every session.
- Effectively manage groups of 6-10 children.
- Communicate professionally with families, school staff, and Soccer Shots leadership.
- Be active, enthusiastic, and encouraging.
- Be silly, imaginative, and interactive with young children.
- Create a fun and positive learning environment.
- Represent Soccer Shots positively at all locations.
- Maintain a professional appearance and attitude.
