About The Position

Soccer Shots Madison is seeking part-time coaches for their non-competitive, character-focused soccer program for children ages 2-8. The program aims to positively impact children's lives through coaching, curriculum, and communication. They are looking for individuals who are passionate about working with children and can bring energy and enthusiasm to each session.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Responsible, timely, attentive, safety-conscious, and reliable with schedule.
• Confident leading groups of 10+ children in a fun, structured environment.
• Outgoing, energetic, and able to connect with young children (ages 2-8).
• Flexible when things don’t go as planned and able to keep sessions moving.
• Friendly and respectful with parents, staff, and partners.
• Collaborative, dependable, and a strong communicator.
• Experience with children is key.
• Must have reliable transportation and a clean driving record.
• Must pass a state background check and FBI fingerprinting.

Nice To Haves

• Soccer experience is a plus.

Responsibilities
