About The Position
Soccer Shots Southwest Chicagoland is looking for enthusiastic coaches to join our team this fall! Our coaches introduce children ages 2-8 to soccer through engaging, age-appropriate sessions that build confidence, character, and a love for physical activity. We provide comprehensive paid training and all the tools you need to be successful.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Enjoy working with children in a positive environment
- Reliable transportation to locations
- Daily access to a smartphone and internet
- Ability to pass a background check
Nice To Haves
- No soccer coaching experience needed, training is provided
Responsibilities
- Introduce children ages 2-8 to soccer through engaging, age-appropriate sessions
- Build confidence, character, and a love for physical activity in children
- Arrive on time and prepared for every session
- Effectively manage groups of 6-10 children
- Communicate professionally with families, school staff, and Soccer Shots leadership
- Be active, enthusiastic, and encouraging
- Be silly, imaginative, and interactive with young children
- Create a fun and positive learning environment
- Represent Soccer Shots positively at all locations
- Maintain a professional appearance and attitude
