Preschool Soccer Coach
About The Position
Soccer Shots is an engaging children’s soccer program for ages 2–8 with a strong focus on character development. Our caring team provides best-in-class coaching, curriculum, and communication. Founded in 2018, Soccer Shots Westchester is committed to building a team of coaches who are enthusiastic, dependable, and ready to use soccer as a tool to positively impact the lives of children in our community. No soccer background? No problem! If you love kids and love bringing energy, this job is for you. You will lead high-energy, FUN 30–60 minute sessions using our curriculum. Every session should be engaging, safe, and filled with encouragement.
Requirements
- A love of working with children is an absolute MUST!
- A passion for positively impacting children ages 2–8
- Reliable transportation + valid driver's license
- Willingness to travel to class locations throughout Westchester County
- Ability to complete and pass our background check
- Completion of our comprehensive, paid training program to become Soccer Shots certified

- Candidates with weekend availability will be prioritized and more hours may be available
Responsibilities

- Follow on-site protocols and create a safe, inclusive environment.
- Build relationships with children, use positive reinforcement, and bring genuine warmth to every class.
- Arrive prepared, on time, and ready to lead a structured class.
- Communicate clearly, follow policies, and work independently.
- Bring BIG enthusiasm to active, energetic, and fun sessions.
