About The Position

Soccer Shots Baltimore-Washington is seeking dependable, part-time coaches for the Fall 2026 season to lead 30-minute to 1-hour-long soccer sessions for children ages 18-months to 8 years old. These sessions take place at local preschools, elementary schools, parks, and community centers. Coaches will travel within a 30-45 minute radius for coaching assignments. The role offers a fun work environment with flexible hours, providing a meaningful coaching experience with young children, and the opportunity to make a positive impact in the community.

Requirements

Passion for positively impacting children’s lives through the love of sports and fitness.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must be able to pass a background check.
Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle that is insured.
Availability during the Fall Season (September through early-December) within weekday morning (8:30 AM – 1 PM), weekday afternoon (1:30 PM – 4:30 PM), weekday evening (4:30 PM – 7 PM), or weekend morning (8:30 AM – 1 PM) timeframes.
Punctual and Consistent.

Nice To Haves

Experience working with children ages 18-months to 8 years old is preferred.
Prior soccer experience is not required.
Coaching at least 2 complete seasons is preferred.

Responsibilities
