About The Position

Soccer Shots Westchester is seeking enthusiastic and responsible individuals to join our team as Preschool Soccer Coaches. This role is ideal for those who love working with children aged 2-8 and are passionate about making a positive impact. While no prior soccer experience is required, a genuine love for children and the ability to bring energy and enthusiasm to our sessions are essential. You will lead high-energy, fun, and engaging 30-60 minute sessions using our established curriculum, ensuring a safe, encouraging, and structured environment for every child.

Requirements

A passion for positively impacting children ages 2-8
Reliable transportation + valid driver's license
Willingness to travel to class locations throughout Westchester County
Ability to complete and pass our background check
Completion of our comprehensive, paid training program to become Soccer Shots certified

No soccer experience required
A love of working with children is an absolute MUST
Candidates with weekend availability will be prioritized

Responsibilities

Lead high-energy, fun, and engaging 30-60 minute soccer sessions for children aged 2-8 using the provided curriculum.
Ensure every session is engaging, safe, and filled with encouragement.
Create a safe, inclusive environment by following on-site protocols.
Build positive relationships with children using positive reinforcement and genuine warmth.
Arrive prepared, on time, and ready to lead a structured class.
Communicate clearly, follow policies, and work independently.
Bring enthusiasm to active and energetic sessions.
Travel to class locations throughout Westchester County.
