About The Position

Soccer Shots Madison is seeking part-time coaches passionate about working with children aged 2-8 years old. This role involves leading non-competitive, character-focused soccer sessions in various locations such as childcare centers, preschools, and public parks. The program emphasizes best-in-class coaching, curriculum, and communication to positively impact children's lives both on and off the field.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Responsible, timely, attentive, safety-conscious, and reliable with your schedule.
• Confident leading groups of 10+ children in a fun, structured environment.
• Outgoing, energetic, and able to connect with young children (ages 2–8).
• Patient and adaptable, flexible when things don’t go as planned.
• Friendly and respectful with parents, staff, and partners.
• Collaborative, dependable, and a strong communicator.
• Comfortable engaging and interacting with young children.
• Must have a reliable vehicle and clean driving record.
• Must pass a state background check and FBI fingerprinting.

Nice To Haves

• Soccer experience is a plus.
• Experience with children is key.

Responsibilities
